A summary of education, training, skills and experience for each trainer/ supervisor is requested every three years. Trainer/ supervisors listed on our Turas TPM system will be contacted directly to complete the process. If you consider yourself to be a trainer or (direct/ indirect) supervisor of a current Healthcare Science trainee and have not completed this process within the last three years, or you details have changed, we would appreciate it if you could complete our online form.
