This is an online tool for individuals within the Healthcare Science community to obtain constructive, anonymous, amalgamated feedback, from those they work with, about their practice. The questions are based on the AHCS Standards of Proficiency for Higher Specialist Scientists, the HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics, and AHCS Good Scientific Practice. They fit into the following broad areas:

How do I use the tool to obtain feedback about myself?
1. Access the tool here: https://turasfeedback.nes.nhs.scot/. Log in to Turas when prompted. This takes you to our Healthcare Science group.

Frequently asked questions
Who can access my results? Only you can access your responses, and only as an anonymised, collated set once at least seven raters have responded. The Healthcare Science core team at NES can track who has used the tool, but have no access to the responses.
Who is the tool for? The questions are intended for anyone in the Healthcare Science community. They are suitable for all career stages, levels of responsibility and disciplines.
