Exit Survey

The purpose of the Exit Survey is to inform NHS Education for Scotland of the employment status of all previous trainees within Scotland. This information will be used to ensure the quality and appropriate funding of future training by allowing us to evaluate any issues with trainee retention within each department, discipline and the wider NHS.

We would appreciate it if this Exit Survey could be completed by all NTN holders at the conclusion of their training programme. Should the trainee have already left the department we would appreciate it if the department themselves would complete this survey on their behalf.
