Aims 

• To support career development and succession planning
• To develop leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• To strengthen understanding of quality assurance, QMS and IQIPS standards
• To support Senior Clinical Scientists in their clinical leadership, governance, and managerial responsibilities

Target Audience

All clinical vascular scientists with an emphasis on senior staff or those aspiring to senior roles (Band 7 or 8)
